Dr. Jack believes sports help children develop invaluable life skills — self-confidence, resiliency, moral character, and other personal strengths.
But, with the intensity of youth sports today, young athletes face incredible pressure from coaches, parents and themselves. As a mental development coach Dr. Jack enjoys helping young athletes prepare for and remove the unneeded stress from their game. He teaches them the same techniques his professional clients have used for success.
More importantly, Dr. Jack works to keep sports ‘fun’ for the children he counsels. He wants his athletes to want to play, to enjoy their sport, to be able to find confidence in their abilities and to keep that confidence on and off the field.
He works as a mental development coach for young athletes in middle school, high school, as well as college athletes in all areas of sport.
